When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, we are unable to authorise payment, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

5. Pre-orders

Some FemFuel products may be offered for pre-order before they are ready for dispatch.

Where a product is sold on a pre-order basis, the expected shipping or dispatch period will be displayed on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.

Any stated pre-order dispatch date is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise. We will notify you if there is a significant change to the expected dispatch timing.

Your cancellation and refund rights for pre-orders are described in our Refund Policy and are not affected by this section.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

We are not currently registered for VAT.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive a refund are described in our Refund Policy.

For products supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may cease once the product has been unsealed after delivery where the product is not suitable for return for those reasons.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, or any other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes or limits your statutory rights.

The content of this website, including the FemFuel name and branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to FemFuel UK Ltd unless otherwise stated.
