SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-orders

FemFuel is currently available for pre-order.

Orders placed during our pre-order period are expected to begin shipping in November 2026.

The shipping timeframe shown at the time you place your order is an estimate. If there is a significant change to the expected dispatch timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

If your order contains multiple products, we may ship the products together when your full order is ready unless we tell you otherwise.

UK shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Available shipping options and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where applicable.

Estimated delivery times shown after dispatch are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us at hello@femfuel.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
